30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your video, contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will first offer to remake it at no extra cost. If it still is not right, you get a full refund.

This covers change of mind as well as problems with the order, for example a mispronounced name, the wrong tone, or a video that was not delivered. A video being made for you and already delivered does not disqualify you from a remake or a refund inside the 30-day window.

How to request a refund

Email hello@getsparkle.video from the address you used at checkout and tell us what went wrong. You can also request a refund at paddle.net using your email address or the reference on your receipt. We reply within 3 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

The only exception is an order rejected or terminated for a breach of the acceptable use policy in our Terms of Service.
